Hello! I'm Gina and I'm so happy you came to visit my little corner of the internet. 😊

This blog has been in the making (in my brain at least) for many years! I still remember being in school and some dear friends taught me how to use Blogger. Since then, I've been thinking about starting; coming up with ideas for posts and topics I'm passionate about. Mostly femininity, homemaking, literature, Catholicism & liturgical living, and a little bit of homesteading on the side. 

I currently live in the small Southern town where I grew up. My husband and I just bought a new home there with a couple of acres. We've been married for a year and a half now and our life together keeps getting better and better each day! As we wait for God to bless us with children, we keep busy with a dog, a cat, and lots of chickens.                                               One of the things I'm most passionate about is femininity and womanhood. I feel like its greatly misunderstood in our society and my desire is to write specifically to women so that they might understand better what they were created for. As an organized, type A personality like my father, order in all things is extremely important to me.                                                                            If women don't know their place in marriage, home and family life, everything else will be disordered. One of the main goals of this blog is to empower married women to be humble and to receive the place of honor given to them by God, as the heart of the home. Also to give encouragement to single women who desire this vocation.
